Balancing Your Changing Needs
We are here to support you as your changing needs require increased personal/private care. Our Supportive and Assisted Living residences balance your desire for independence with your changing need for daily personal care. Designated as Assisted Living in British Columbia and Supportive Living in Alberta, each are one in the same depending on your location. Residents of Park Place’s Supportive Living communities are often active seniors who can live independently and make decisions on their own behalf, but require a supportive environment and assistance with daily tasks due to physical or functional health challenges.

Our supportive & assisted residences include:
- private suite with basic cooking facilities *most locations
- personal care services
- at least two nutritious meals per day
- weekly housekeeping
- basic laundry service
- in-suite heating and cooling
- 24-hour emergency response system
- social activities, entertainment, games, music and crafts

Subsidized and Private Pay Suites
Park Place offers subsidized and private pay suites at several of our BC, Alberta and Ontario residences. To qualify, seniors must complete an assessment and are then placed on a wait list for available space. Applications for a subsidized suite must be submitted through the appropriate health authority with the support of the potential resident’s physician.
