Welcome to Mill Lake Seniors Community, an Abbotsford seniors residence that provides assisted living, long-term care, and short-term respite care.
Here, residents’ well-being is at the centre of everything we do. Seniors have access to 24-hour nursing support and are part of a community that respects their individual needs and preferences. Additional services are available to support residents and families as needs change, including dementia care and respite stays.
Our comfortable, spacious suites are thoughtfully designed to support safety and everyday living. Located on secure, beautifully landscaped grounds just steps from Mill Lake Park and its boardwalk, the community offers residents a safe and enjoyable way to spend time outdoors.
Residents benefit from personalized support, engaging programs, chef-prepared meals, and welcoming shared spaces and amenities, creating an environment where daily life feels comfortable, supported, and connected.

Home-Style Cooking
At Mill Lake Seniors Community, our culinary team prepares meals fresh each day. Residents enjoy three meals and two snacks daily, along with access to a 24-hour coffee and tea station. Dining rooms are located on each floor for convenience and accessibility, making it easy for residents to gather and enjoy meals together. Our menus offer a variety of choices supported by a registered dietitian to ensure meals are balanced and meet residents’ nutritional needs.

Security and support
At Mill Lake Seniors Community, resident safety and comfort are always our priority. Each suite is equipped with an emergency alert system, and the community features secure entry and exit points for added peace of mind.
Residents receive 24-hour complex care and daily living support, along with respite care and specialized support for those living with Dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. The third floor is dedicated to residents living with dementia, with elevator access controlled by keypad entry for added security.
For residents on the second and third floors, portering service is available for those who would like assistance getting to the main dining room on the first floor.
The building is also designed with accessibility in mind. Each floor is walker- and wheelchair-accessible, helping residents who use mobility aids move comfortably throughout the residence.

Within the community, residents can spend time playing board games with friends, participating in a programmed activity, enjoying a coffee in the lounge, or visiting the on-site hair salon. There are plenty of opportunities throughout the day to relax, socialize, or simply enjoy life.
Located near downtown Abbotsford and just steps from Mill Lake Park, the community also sits within an established neighbourhood. The bank, pharmacy, coffee shops, and restaurants are all close by, while the boardwalk at Mill Lake Park is a safe, accessible place to get outside and enjoy a walk or some fresh air.
Together, these amenities and nearby conveniences help make daily life easy to enjoy.
