A Warm, Welcoming Adult Day Program at Rabbit Hill Road
We are excited to announce the upcoming Devonshire Adult Day Program, designed to support older adults and their caregivers with a safe, social, and enriching daytime experience. Opening in summer 2026, this represents the very first program of its kind in Edmonton, and is a proud new offering for Park Place, a Canadian-owned seniors living provider.

What is the Devonshire Adult Day Program?
The Devonshire Adult Day Program is a daytime support service where participants attend engaging social and health-focused programs during the day and return home in the afternoon. Operating Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM for up to 40 participants a day, it provides daily structure while allowing individuals to maintain their independence in the community.
A Home Away From Home
Our thoughtfully designed centre at 1110 Tory Rd NW features a welcoming environment tailored for daily enjoyment and safety. The fully wheelchair-accessible space includes:
- Spacious activity and rest areas
- Lounge and recreational zones
- Fully accessible kitchen and bathing facilities
- A private health consultation room
- Fresh and nutritious hot lunches and healthy snacks
What Support That Matters Looks Like
What exactly happens during the day? Our program offers comprehensive daily care tailored to individual needs. Supervised by compassionate staff, the daily services include:
- Recreation & Cognitive Engagement: Group games, social interaction, and supervised cognitive stimulation activities.
- Health & Clinical Monitoring: Medication support, blood sugar checks, vital sign monitoring, and wound care.
- Movement & Wellness: Group therapeutic exercise, individualized activity plans, and mobility-focused activities.
- Nutrition: A nutritious hot lunch and healthy snacks daily, with special dietary accommodations.
- Personal Care: Bathing assistance, early-stage dementia support, and complex care support.
