Sun Village consists of two apartment towers. They are connected by a barrier free horseshoe shaped walkway in which is nestled a beautiful landscaped courtyard. Accommodations
- 94 self contained suites
- Spacious studio apartments starting at $1,519.00 per month
- One-bedroom apartments starting at $1,725.00 per month
- Two-bedroom apartments starting at $1,921.00 per month
- Second occupants pay only an additional $430 per month which includes 3 daily meals
- Optional extras are covered parking for $25 per month; covered scooter parking for $10 per month; and a guest suite available for $45 a night.
- Accommodations can be reserved with a $300 deposit, which becomes a security /damage deposit when you move in
- Rent includes all utilities with the exception of individual phone lines.
In-house Services
- Staff provide weekly light housekeeping
- Laundering of flat linens and towels
- Lights, heat, water, air conditioning and cable TV all included
- 24/7 Emergency call system in each suite in case assistance is required and to provide ‘peace of mind’
- Some eligible resdients also receive home support services from the Interior Health Authority
