About Park Place Seniors Living: Quality BC & AB Seniors Residences

Park Place Seniors Living: a Leader in providing Residences for B.C. and Alberta Seniors

Park Place Seniors Living is a family owned and operated Vancouver based company and the living example of owners Al and Jenny Jina’s twenty year dedication to their mission: enriching lives of seniors. Starting from an initial site in Nelson, B.C., Park Place Seniors Living is now a family of more than 20 residences in B.C. and Alberta.

Park Place residences range from retirement residences to nursing homes and, depending on the location, offer the following services: Independent Living, Supportive Housing, Assisted Living, Intermediate Care, Long Term Complex Care/Continuing Care, Dementia Care, Respite Care, Hospice and Palliative Care.

“As we have grown Jenny and I have felt it important that we know that quality of service and care delivered in our name meets or exceeds our clients’ expectations. That is why, since 2005, we have insisted our care homes earn accreditation through a national and independent body, Accreditation Canada," said owner Al Jina, pictured at left with Jenny.

In keeping with this philosophy of providing excellent care, Park Place Seniors Living has completed the extensive Accreditation Canada operational reviews in 2005, 2008, 2011, and 2014. Each time, the company has earned full accreditation for its care. Park Place has also been recognized for developing five leading practices, which are judged by Accreditation Canada to be advances in seniors' care.

We also measure our success by internal feedback. All of our facilities have Resident/Tenant Rights posted and followed. Satisfaction surveys are conducted twice a year to provide us with feedback on how well we are doing. We welcome all suggestions and comments. One way we have improved over the years is by responding to suggestions and feedback from our our residents and their families.

If you wish to pass on feedback to Jenny and me you can do so by clicking on: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Thank you.
